Help Wanted:
Administrative Services Coordinator
The Kirkland Town Library is seeking to fill a part-time (15 hours/week) Administrative Services Coordinator position.
The Administrative Services Coordinator assists with financial and human resource activities; performs clerical functions; handles social and printed media; oversees facility maintenance; and creates relationships with vendors and businesses. Wage range is $19 – $24/hour, dependent upon skill level and experience.
- Flexible schedule but some daytime hours are required
- Experience coordinating social and printed media
- Previous office management experience or equivalent
- Competence in oral and written English and arithmetic
- Keyboarding and computer skills necessary; familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
